Spring 2021 Hours
(Effective Monday, February 1- Wednesday, May 12, 2021)
Mondays: 9am-8pm
Tuesdays: 9am-5pm
Wednesdays: 9am-8pm
Thursdays: 9am-5pm
Fridays: 9am-3pm
During the Spring 2021 semester, our staff will be hosting online tours, developing online events and offering two types of consultations: online (synchronous) and e-tutoring (asynchronous) sessions only. Face-to-Face sessions will not be available at this time. We look forward to collaborating with you!

How to Schedule an Online or E-tutoring Appointment
Visit http://stj.mywconline.com. White boxes represent available slots. You need FOUR white boxes in a row to book an appointment. The first of the four white boxes you click on will determine the time your appointment begins. Each white box represents 15 minutes—four boxes in a row equals 60 minutes. Although you are reserving an hour, appointments are 45 minutes long; the remaining 15 minutes are used for your consultant to write a summary of your session and send it back to you via email.
Important Information about e-Tutoring Appointments
You will be prompted to upload a document for review when you schedule an e-tutoring appointment. If you choose to upload a document at a later time, select the yellow folder icon at the toolbar located at the top of the page. This folder allows you to attach a file to an existing appointment. If you have difficulty uploading the document, please attached the file to an email to writingcenter@stjohns.edu.
We can only work with Microsoft Word files. Please ensure that your submission is in Word format and submitted as an attachment. We cannot work with PDFs, OneDrive links, Google Docs, etc.
